FAQ

The Pipers’ Gathering is an annual event celebrating bellows-blown bagpipes and traditional music. Established in 1985, it brings together musicians of all levels to learn, share, and enjoy various piping traditions.

The upcoming Pipers’ Gathering is scheduled for August 15-18, 2025, at the Wisdom House Retreat and Conference Center in Litchfield, Connecticut.

The event welcomes both beginners and experienced musicians interested in bellows-blown bagpipes, including Northumbrian Smallpipes, Scottish Smallpipes, Uilleann Pipes, and others. Associated traditional instrument players are also encouraged to participate.

There is a wonderful camaraderie at the Gathering, and a very welcoming and inclusive environment. Take the opportunity to meet some new friends and some new music.
